Cyto-Facto Inc. provides services for manufacturing, development, and quality control testing of gene and cell preparations

Hajime Yamaguchi received degree in economics from Osaka University in Japan and has US Certified Public Accountant (Illinois). Hajime worked at departments of accounting and investment/loans for overseas companies of a bank, intermediary financial services of Fidelity International Limited, a manufacturing company of electronic parts as a head of the corporate strategy, and a manufacturing company of precision measuring instruments for Japan, the US and China as a global CFO. Hajime moved as a head of finance of CMO Division at RDC FBRI at 2020 and concurrently served as deputy head of CMO Division in 2022. Current position from April 2023.

Tomoya Nagata graduated the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Tokyo. After working as a business strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a bio/healthcare investment lead at FIL Capital Management (HK) Ltd., Tomoya founded D3LLC and became its representative partner. In July 2023, Tomoya became a director of Cyto-facto Inc.
Tomoya also serves as an executive officer of the Business Model Society and as an advisor for the Moonshot Research and Development System.

Yumiko Murakami received MBA from Harvard Business School, MA from Stanford University and BA from Sophia University.
Yumiko is the former head of the OECD Tokyo Centre. Prior to the OECD, she worked for 20 years in the global financial industry, mostly as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in New York, London and Tokyo.  She is a leading authority on a wide range of economic policy issues such as corporate governance, tax guidelines, diversity, education, trade and innovation.  She sits on several Government advisory panels, including Prime Minister Kishida’s panel on “the New Form of Capitalism”.
In May 2021, Yumiko became General Partner of MPower Partners Fund L.P. 
In April 2024, Yumiko became a director of Cyto-facto Inc.

Hiroshi Miyachi joined FUJIFILM Corporation in 1999 and moved into the life sciences business in 2010. He has since been engaged in business strategy for small molecule and biopharmaceutical products. He was involved in the launch of FUJIFILM KYOWA KIRIN BIOLOGICS Co., Ltd., contributing to biosimilar production planning. He currently serves as Senior Manager of FUJIFILM’s Bio CDMO Division, leading to the expansion and strengthening of the CDMO business. In April 2026, he became a director of Cyto-facto Inc.
